Trans Joy / Trans Noise

Trans Joy / Trans Noise is a gig series that platforms Trans and Gender Non-Conforming Artists across the UK!
To headline, we’ve got special guests, Fetch, an up-and-coming, instrument-swapping pop-punk 3-piece from London.
Made up of Beth White, Chuck SJ, and Frankie Tuffragettes – all songwriters and performers on the queer punk scene who came together to add some much-needed queertrans energy into a genre that is famously cishet and full ‘o dudes.

The main support for the evening is Gum Disease!
Gum Disease are your favourite least favourite queer clown band hated by 9/10 dentists, consisting of Avery Holdom, Phoebe Kift & Oli Lake. Creating alternative rock chaotic enough to give you cavities.
They are Gum Disease and they’re gonna make your teeth fall out!

Following the 2000s pop-punk sound theme to a T are our openers National Citizens, these Leeds locals refuse to get off the stage with back to back gigs all year!
Digging their way out of their parents’ garage in 2017 came National Citizens, a couple of young trans* teenagers who loved covering their favourite band’s best hits at a local pub open mic. Although not so teenaged anymore, these guys haven’t stopped rocking with a multitude of original tracks. Their latest single is Halloween, released in October 2024, referred to as a catchy Heartstopper-esque hit! Full of party vibes and young adult angst, this track is a chantable pop-rock hit.
