Horizontal Bop

Horizontal Bop is a night built around genre-blending and breaking musical boundaries – a space where DJs and artists can express the full spectrum of their influences. The name reflects the intention to shift perspectives, think differently, and open up sonic and social possibilities – to bop horizontally rather than follow expected paths.
This night is about mixed music, mixed genres, and blurring lines. Expect a mix of future garage, UK bass, house, and techno, woven together with music rooted in different cultural traditions – from Middle Eastern textures to African rhythms, South American grooves, and more.
Wharf Chambers Co-operative Club is a members’ club, and you need to be a member, or a guest of a member, in order to attend. To join, please visit wharfchambers.org. Membership costs £2 and requires a minimum of 48 hours to take effect.
