TONSILS; a lot of unruly musicians trying their very best too distill a perfect pop song out of life’s daily chaos. The quintet surrounding songwriter Tom Vienne load up their jenga-pop with enough ideas and angles to make even the sturdiest of towers rock back and forth.
CANNONBALL STATMAN; NYC native Cannonball Statman has penned over 100 songs, released over a dozen albums, and toured extensively in North America, Europe, and Asia, sharing stages with like-minded artists such as Jeffrey Lewis, Days N’ Daze, Crazy & the Brains, and Sunflower Bean. He sets soulful, often surreal lyrics that Radio Javali calls “great American storytelling” to sounds daMusic describes as “quite fun”
