EVERYTHING’S GONE GREEN (AN NGG FUNDRAISER)
A fundraiser for the Yorkshire based environmental awareness and solar powered
Northern Green Gathering, giving you a musical flavour of the Gathering in August.
You will hear some of the delights that will be playing at NGG including:
The Good Foot Collective: 14 piece funk and soul band, guaranteed to get
you up dancing with pumping tunes from James Brown to Aretha Franklin,
Gill Scott Heron and Bill Withers.
Them There cowboys: bringing you queer country music that imagines a
brighter, queerer, anti-colonial tomorrow! Queer country music that puts the
red in redneck! Queer country music by three non-binary cowboys who put
the West on trial and take Americana to task! Beau Disco, Six-Finger Slick,
and René Rose are three good ol’ theys with a taste for the honkiest and
tonkiest tunes that make your ass shake, your heart sing, and your fist
raised!
Hot Jupiter: whose eclectic mix of repertoire spans your favourite pop songs
with their own soul and funk twist.
