Bird Sigh Presents… Competition, M-G Dysfunction, Lewys Holt and BirdBrains
Competition is the music making moniker of Craig Pollard, based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. Competition makes experimental pop music that plays with sparseness and vulnerability, pitched down samples and orchestral programming, crafting songs that build hooks from within their limited materials. Coming to Leeds to celebrate new album ‘The Bored Fire’ with support from Leeds/London evil Weird Al M-G Dysfunction, improv dance absurdist Lewys Holt and reclusive tape-yanker BirdBrains.
