“It’s silly and sad” — NiCKYThurs 27th February we’re inviting Jamal Gerald to the stage! Jamal’s work serves as a holding space where the Orishas; divine intermediaries of West African origin, meet the concerns of the artist. His confessional practices make his voice one that exists between truth and the unsayable. His performance are playful, direct and magical.
