SUMMARY:Computer Club v5.0
DESCRIPTION:Computer Club returns for its fifth iteration\, refining its focus on live electronic process\, deep-listening dancefloor moments\, and improvised systems in motion. This edition brings together three distinct approaches to hardware-led performance and club-rooted experimentation\, navigating the space between techno propulsion\, textural abstraction\, and raw signal manipulation. \nAt the core of Computer Club remains a commitment to real-time decision making. Patching\, sequencing\, and responding to the room as it unfolds. Expect fluid transitions between form and function\, club energy and exploratory sound design\, with each set feeding into a continuously evolving sonic ecosystem. \nAM sin\nOpening new pathways within the Computer Club framework\, AM sin brings a live-focused approach grounded in tension\, rhythm\, and textural pressure. Drawing from techno\, industrial\, and experimental electronics\, their sets balance driving structures with moments of disintegration\, where grit\, repetition\, and subtle shifts take centre stage. \nNilehn (Resident)\nThe Computer Club resident returns with a continually evolving live configuration. Built around hardware and improvisation\, Nilehn’s performances blur techno\, abrasive electronics\, and industrial atmospheres\, shaped by real-time patching and an instinctive response to the dancefloor. \nMusaji\nManchester-based duo Musaji bring acid-tinged momentum and genre-fluid sensibility to the night. Moving between live hardware performance and DJ-informed flow\, their sound folds driving basslines\, broken rhythms\, and atmospheric passages into sets that remain physical\, playful\, and unpredictable. \nVisuals once again form a critical component of the Computer Club experience. Our custom AV systems continue to develop with each event\, translating raw signal feedback\, generative processes\, and live manipulation into responsive\, immersive imagery. The screen becomes a parallel instrument\, amplifying the sense of total system interaction. \nJoin us for Computer Club v5.0. Another late-night session of live electronics\, evolving machines\, and collective immersion in the mainframe. \n\n\n\n\n\nGENRE(S): Techno \nTICKET LINK

SUMMARY:The Exu + Support
DESCRIPTION:James Mainwaring (saxophones)\, Dave Kane (double bass) Emil Karlsen (drums) \nNamed after a Jean-Michel Basquiat painting and inspired by the artist’s multi-faceted stylistic approach – known for its raw\, expressive\, and dynamic qualities\, blending street art with neo-expressionism to create bold\, thought-provoking work. The Exu make layered\, intense\, creative & beautiful\, thought provoking\, genre fluid improvised music. The trio brazenly draw their musical influences from the worlds of free jazz\, grunge\, death metal\, hip hop\, bebop\, & experimental music. Kane says ‘we are the sum of our record collections\, the films we have seen\, the books we have read. It all goes into the mix to make our music.’ Kane & Mainwaring share the compositional duties while young Norwegian drummer Emil Karlsen brings versatile\, intricate textures and groove. Mainwaring (of Mercury Prize-nominated Roller Trio) blends fiery and sensitive saxophone approaches with playful edge\, while double bassist Dave Kane ignites each performance with cathartic\, heartfelt energy that lingers long after the final note. \nTickets: \n\n\n\n\n\neventbrite.co.uk/e/the-exu-support-tickets-1983619663812?aff=oddtdtcreator

SUMMARY:Pareidolia: 03
DESCRIPTION:PAREIDOLIA returns for a very special third iteration\, bringing left-field dance music and audio-reactive projection art to the depths of Wharf Chambers. \nAs usual\, ALL PROFITS will go directly towards alleviating starvation and providing essential supplies in Palestine through grassroots charities working on the ground. \nFirst on the roster is IHATENOISE\, hitting the ground running with GQOM-inflected\, heavy-hitting underground pop and hip-hop. \nCBABY joins us next\, flitting through multi-genre bangers featuring bass-heavy club sounds\, UK-leaning rhythms and fast-paced electronic styles. \nAt the peak of the night\, STOLEN VELOUR delivers experimental club music punctuated with trance\, techno and hyperpop\, threaded with surreal sound design. \nMAEVIE keeps the momentum through to the end\, weaving ethereal yet high-intensity trance and hard dance into a euphoric late-night finale. \nTICKET LINK \nINSTAGRAM \n
